Mr. Willie Hall

Willie Hall, 79, formerly of Anderson, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020 in New Castle. He was born June 24, 1941, in Porstmouth, Ohio to the late Lee & Mary Bell (Goble) Hall. Willie was a masonry foreman for Atlas Construction and Hall Building & Maintenance. In his free time he loved his flower garden and decorated yard. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judy E. (Furnier) Hall; children, Danita (husband, John) Cleveland, Donna (husband, David) Hoffa, and Willie Lee (wife, Jodie) Hall, all of New Castle; grandchildren, Michael (wife, Jennifer) Cleveland, Christopher Hoffa, & Madison (husband, Eli) Conwell; siblings, Minnie Fay Lewis, Christine (husband, Burl) Holland, Sally Jarrell, & John (wife, Lydia) Hall; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, George Hall, Cathy Crabtree, and Roy “Jack” Hall. Visitation will be from 1-3 pm Tuesday, September 1, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Due to recent COVID-19 mandates, all guests are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
