Willa D. Hackleman, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, went to be with the Lord on December 19, 2025, at the age of 78, at her home in Pendleton, IN, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 6, 1947, in Noblesville, IN, she was the cherished daughter of the late Billy and Clara (Taylor) Ford and a proud graduate of Lapel High School, Class of 1965.

Willa dedicated herself to being a devoted homemaker before embarking on a fulfilling career as a school bus driver for Hamilton Heights Schools.
Willa was a faithful member of Daybreak Community Church, where she found community, faith, and friendship. She enjoyed reading, crafting, and volunteering her time at Toys for Tots. Most importantly, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Willa leaves behind her beloved children, son, Bret (Amy) Hackleman and daughter, Sheri (James) Arehart, as well as her seven treasured grandchildren: Kaycie, Alec, James (Stephanie), Andrew (Leeza), Aaron (Darian), Brandi, and Tim (Cassie) and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two loving sisters, Wilma Carey and Carla (David) Cole; numerous nieces and nephews; special childhood friend, Carolyn Eiler; and a special family, The Clem-Hacks: Ken, Shawn, Brittany, and Jacob.
Willa is welcomed into eternity by her husband, Stan, her parents, her brothers, Jimmy, Bruce, and Billy Boy, and a longtime family friend, Chris Clemons, who preceded her in death.
