Wayne D. Birley, 74, Lebanon, passed away December 21, 2014, in Lebanon at the Hickory Creek Care Center.
He was born August 18, 1940 in Jefferson County, IN, the son of the late Oscar and Martha (Stevenson) Birley. He was a long time resident of the Hickory Creek Center of Lebanon and the family would like to thank them for their long time care.
He is survived by his aunt, Evelyn Dunnigan of Beavercreek, OH and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister and brother, Valeria and Tommy.
Service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 26, 2014 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Rev. Mike Weber officiating.
Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
