Walter Fout, Jr. age 84, formerly of Shirley, Indiana, died March 3, 2009 in Memphis Tennessee. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Della (Haynes) Fout of Memphis, his son Monte (Jean) of Germantown, TN. and five grandchildren: Mark Driffill of Memphis, Mike Driffilll of Olive Branch, MS, Steve Driffill of Anderson, IN, and Lauren and James Fout of Germantown. He also leaves a brother, Dean Fout of Carey, OH and five great grandchildren
