Virginia (Ginny) Teague, 93, went home to be with her Lord peacefully on June 26, 2026, with her loving son and daughter at her side.
Ginny was born June 25, 1933 in Martinsville, IN. She moved to Anderson when she was 9 days old. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Ginny was an avid reader, always reading logical and business oriented type materials. In her earlier years she loved to go to rummage sales. She took her mother with her everywhere she went. In later years she became a business woman, starting her business partnership with her husband, son and daughter in 1970.
Ginny got to see many places across the U.S. when going to their business conventions each year. The family always added an extra week or so to vacation in the area they were in. They traveled to conventions in their trailer and later their motor home.
Ginny was family oriented with family first, then business. Her granddaughter was taken care of at the business many times. She taught her at the age of six to answer the phone, instructing her what she could answer and when to pass the phone to her Uncle Danny, her mother or to her.
She loved to sit in her screened pool room with the breeze gently and quietly blowing. In later years she liked to spend time on her country property, where she loved to work in her flowers.
Along her husband and son she helped plant hundreds of pine trees. She enjoyed nurturing them like her babies for an entire year when they were 6" tall to keep them alive, later growing to 60' tall.
She was the last of the siblings She often spoke with her son Danny about her brothers and sister, how much she loved and missed them. Her sister Audie often came to the house and played cards. She enjoyed going to her sister Jean's house, having chili and playing cards, and enjoyed Jean coming to her house and spending the day with her. These were regular rituals. There were many other things she loved to do, always family oriented.
She is survived by her son Danny Teauge; daughter, Tressa ( Pete) Schuyler; granddaughter Reesa (Rusty) Smith; great grand daughter, Anna Smith; great grandson, Jordan (Chloe) Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann (Annie) Stron Moss Eustler; father Dewey Henry Eustler; brother, Leo (Joanne) Moss; sisters, Audie (Bob) Gaw, Jean (Jim) Allen, Doris (Joe) Hall, Evelyn (Carl) Loney; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Paradigm Health, who helped guide us through this journey with care and compassion.
