Stephen M. Meyers

Stephen M. Meyers, 38, Lapel, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2003, at Riverview Hospital Noblesville after a sudden illness. He was born on May 31, 1965, in East Chicago, Indiana to Jim and Kay (Herman) Meyers. He was a driver for O'Leary Transport and was a member of the Ewing, IL Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Teresa (Reddick) Meyers whom he married May 3, 2003; a step-son Dylan Cantor of Lapel; his father, Jim (wife, Nancy) Meyers of New Castle; his mother, Kay Meyers of Lapel; one brother, Scott (wife, Michelle) Meyers of Lapel; three half-brothers, John Meyers of New Castle, Tim Meyers of Lebanon, and Tom Meyers of Lebanon; a half-sister, Shelley (husband, Jason) Winter of Mooreland; his maternal grandmother, Ruth Herman of Greenwood; two nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Adam Meyers. Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Ford Street United Methodist Church in Lapel with Rev. Neal Brown officiating. Burial will be at the Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Friends may call from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel. A Masonic Memorial Service will be conducted at 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home
