Sharon F. Everitt

Sharon F. Everitt, 82, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away on May 16, 2026, at Community Hospital. Born on November 13, 1943, in Buffalo, West Virginia, she was the cherished daughter of Emory and Isabel (Pickering) Harper.

Sharon was a lovely woman who knew how to have a good time. A proud member of the Eagles, she loved her margaritas and always looked forward to her trips to Myrtle Beach. Whether it was an adventure or just a quiet moment at home with her beloved cats, Sharon brought joy and laughter into every situation.

Family was everything to Sharon. She adored her children and grandchildren and treasured every family gathering. Her loved ones will remember her for her warmth, laughter, and the special moments they shared.

Sharon is survived by her children, Jannie Farley, Sandra Sheefel, Jim (Lisa) Everitt, Lisa (Chuck) Woodruff, and Brad Everitt. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Earl Everitt, daughters, Teresa Carnahan and Sherri Everitt, and her grandson, Sam Buntin.

Visitation for family and friends will take place on Friday, May 22, 2026 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at Bozell Funeral Homes & Crematory, Lapel Chapel, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana 46051.

A funeral service will follow visitation starting at 2:00pm. Entombment will follow services at Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
