Sarah Jane Mcarthur

Sarah Jane McArthur, 57, of Markleville, passed away October 30, 2019 after a brief illness. She was born September 26, 1962, in Anderson, but lived most of her life in Markleville. Sarah is survived by her husband of 37 years, E. James McArthur; daughers, Nichel (Cory) Moore & Stephanie (Paul) King; grandchildren, Colton, Christian, Jackson, Hayley, Andrew, Jensen, Abigail, & Logan; siblings, Tom (Alida) Buckner, Jr. & Anna (Randy) Counceller; father & mother-in-law, Luther & Jean McArthur; several nieces, nephews, close family members, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom & Betty Buckner; siblings, Kathy, Roy, Tammy, & John. Services will be 2pm Monday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, with Pastor John Hackney officiating. Burial will be at Mechanicsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Autism Awareness.
