She was born on September 18, 1989, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Sara was a homemaker, mother and housewife.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Hugo Ramirez; children, Sean Fesmire and Sophia Fesmire; mother and stepfather, Terri and Todd Hoffman; father, Anthony Russell; sister, Taylor Russell; stepsiblings, Jessica Hoffman, Elizabeth Hoffman and Timothy Hoffman; many other family members and friends.
A visitation will be from 4 to 5pm, Friday, February 21, 2025, at Bozell Funeral Homes, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton with services beginning at 5 pm. Cremation will follow with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, New Columbus later.
