Ricky E. Andrews

Rick E. Andrews, 58, of Anderson, passed away January 11, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after a sudden illness.

He was born in Livingston, TN on December 23, 1957, the son of William and Myrtle (Burks) Andrews and lived here most of his life. He worked as a fork truck driver and machine operator at various local businesses.

Rick was a collector of Hot Wheels and loved gardening. He loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his mother, Myrtle Andrews of Anderson; wife, Faye Andrews; children, Jason Andrews, Josh (Kasey) Andrews, Acie Allmond, Amber Andrews, Kira Andrews and Zack Andrews all of Anderson; 13 grandchildren; and nephew, Billy Andrews.

He was preceded in death by his father William Andrews and brother Jeff Andrews.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
