Rebecca "Becky" Swinford

Rebecca "Becky" Swinford, 64, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away August 27, 2024, in Anderson, Indiana. She was born on March 9, 1960 in Anderson to the late Morris W. & Darlene Jo (Starrett) Reed. 

Becky graduated from Highland High School in 1978. She had worked in production at Lids-Hats & 20 years at Metro Plastics in Noblesville. Becky attended Madison Park Church of God & was baptized in 2003. She loved being a grandma & loved her grandkids very much. She enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening & crafts. She loved her family & fur babies. 

Becky is survived by her husband, Jason Swinford; 4 children, Brandon (Maggie Hinton) Ferguson, Bradley (Lily) Ferguson, Brittany (Rocky, Jr.) Harris & Bryant (Sidney) Swinford; Siblings, Morrie (Durena) Reed & Karen (Patrick) Manship; Fur baby, Breckson ("Ole Heavy"); 4 grandchildren, Gus, Rocky III, Oaklynn & Lyra; and several nieces & nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Bozell Funeral Homes~Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel, 515 E. 53rd Street, Anderson, Indiana with Pastor David Coplin officiating. Burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson. 

Visitation will be from 11:00 am-1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. 

Becky will be remembered as a wonderful wife, great mom, best sister and amazing grandma as well as a best friend to many.
