Rebecca Jeannine Beach, 93, of Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Fall Creek Retirement Village in Pendleton following a brief illness.
She was born on February 13, 1933, in Paragould, Arkansas to Cloyce Edwin and Cleo Clyde (Rogers) DeVoll. She was a graduate of Lapel High School. She retired from Quality Farm & Fleet in Noblesville.She was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church in Lapel. She was a hard worker. She loved gardening and quilting. After retirement, she loved to travel and see the sights.
Rebecca is survived by four children, Brent (wife, Dee) Beach, Becky Beach, Teresa Stinson and Lisa Mitchel; ten grandchildren, Jennifer Stroh, David Lackey, Jeramey Stinson, Christie Jernigan, Bill Beach, Matthew Beach, Patrick Beach, Katie Paquin, Jessica Mitchel and Sean Mitchel; great-grandchildren, Tyler Lackey, Myah Stinson, Grissom Jernigan, Andrew Stinson, Nicholas Billman, Tyler Karvonen, Adi Paquin, Adley Beach, Eleanor Beach, Isla Beach, Oaks Beach, Dayana Ramsay, Azure Beach, Thornton Mitchel, Quinn Mitchel and Ryan Stacy; great-great-grandchildren, Evelyn Lackey and Rylan Lackey; special cousins, Toby Utley and Karen Stickradt; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth Gene "Kenny" Beach; her parents; two sons-in-law: Gary Stinson and Michael Mitchel; three brothers, J.L. DeVoll, Jim Powers and Tommie DeVoll; a sister, Mikey DeVoll; and her second mother, Polly DeVoll.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lapel Chapel, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana 46051 with Chaplain David Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, at the funeral home.
