Raymond E. Hannah

Raymond “R.E.” Hannah, 83, of Anderson, passed away October 21, 2014 at Countryside Manor.

He was born August 8, 1931, in Wolfe, Kentucky to the late Vernon H. & Sarah (Maggard) Hannah.

R.E. worked for Delco Remy for over 37 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a member of Ovid Masonic Lodge #164 F. & A.M.

He is survived by his son, John H. Hannah; daughter, Kathy (Gary) Hannah Ford; grandchildren, Ray (Tess) Hannah, Trish Hannah Tinch, Erika Claborn McCullough, Shauwna Hannah, Kristina (Andrew Reef) Waller and Kristopher (Kylie) Waller; brother-in-law, Royce (Rosie) Attaway; several great and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

R.E. was preceded in death by his wife, Betty L. (Attaway) Hannah; sister, Estella Grace Case; great grandson, Nathaniel Ray Hannah; niece, Lisa Case; and nephew, Donald Jarrett.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of services.
