Prudence Prudy Dillon

Prudence “Prudy” Dillon, 82, passed away on August 10, 2021 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Middletown. Prudy was born on August 21, 1938 in Anderson. She was a 1956 graduate of Anderson High School, a member of Tri Kappa and the Pendleton Artists Society (PAS). Prudy also worked as a secretary at Dillon Pattern Works along side her husband, Ronnie, before their retirement. Prudy loved painting and she often taught painting classes in her own art studio. Prudy is survived by her son, Russ (Cindy) Dillonof Markleville; grandchildren: Ronnie (Sara), Ryan, Candace and Riley (Mattie Foster) Dillon; great grandchildren: Brinley, Sawyer and Raylan; brothers: Ron (Sharon) McNabney of Anderson, Bill (Nancy) McNabney of Texas; sister, Betsy (Tom) Frank of Carmel; several nieces and nephews. Prudy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ronnie and son, Randy. Funeral services for Prudy will be at 4:30 PM on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
