Peggy A. Hall, 70, of Anderson, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Community Hospital, Anderson following a sudden illness.She was born February 21, 1951, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina to James O. Dale and Enola (Delinger) Dale.Peggy graduated as Valedictorian from Lapel High School in 1969.She was a homemaker on the family and was a tax preparer for several years.Peggy loved to garden and spent several hours in her flower beds on the farm.She is survived by husband, Glenn Hall of Anderson; son Phillip (Elisha) Hall of Michigan; daughter, Glenda (Dan) Stewart-Smythe of Zimbabwe; sister Amy (Todd) Deyoung of Texas; brother, Steve Dale of Anderson; 3 grandchildren, Abby, Elise, and Ayden; step-grandchildren, Kiyla, Taryn and Liam; one great grandson, Oliver.
