Patricia A. “Pat” Matthews, 72, of Fortville passed Feb. 4, 2015 at her residence.
She was born March 8, 1942 in Orestes, the daughter of the late Warren and Helen (Hertle) Ludlow. She had been a cook for many years.
She is survived by her five children, Chrisy (Dan) Epperson of Fountaintown, Robert Matthews, Pamela Matthews, William Jason Matthews, and James (Jennifer) Matthews of Fortville; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Carmen Thacker and Sharon Butler.
Services will be 3 p.m., Monday, February 9, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
