Pamela Lynn Burrus

Pamela Lynn Burrus, a beloved mother and cherished grandmother, passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on March 21, 1967, in Wheeling, West Virginia, Pamela was the daughter of the late Dick and Betty (Hamilton) Burrus.

Pamela was a proud graduate of Broadway Christian High School in Indianapolis. Throughout her life, she found joy in many passions, especially her love for gambling and visiting the casino, where she often enjoyed the thrill of the game. However, her greatest treasure was her family, particularly her beloved grandchildren. Pamela relished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will be cherished by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memories is her daughter, Crystal Burrus; beloved grandchildren, Alexa, Landon, and Caspian; siblings, Tammy (Keith Rice) Lawrence, LaDonna Burrus Snider, and Terry Burrus; nephew and niece, Richard Matthews and Meghan (Dillion Addison) Lawrence; great-nieces and nephews, Neveah, Christopher, Faith, and Jedidiah; bonus children, Kylie and Zachary Crumpton; and best friend, Norman Jack.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Nancy Baysinger.

A celebration of Pamela's life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to come together in remembrance of her spirit and the love she shared. In honoring her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.

Pamela will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. In our hearts, she will always remain a shining light, and may her memory continue to bring warmth and comfort to those she leaves behind.

Pamela's services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory- Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel.
