Opal Stout

Opal (Sandlin) Stout, 83, of Pendleton, Indiana passed away August 27, 2016 at Countryside health and Living Center in Anderson, Indiana.She was born April 17, 1933 in Chavies, Kentucky and was a Pendleton resident since 1955.Opal was a homemaker and graduated from Austin, Indiana High School.Survivors include her husband, Harvey L. Stout whom she married, April 30, 1955; three children, John R. (wife, Paulette) Stout of Pendleton, Lisa Ann (husband, Richard) Jenkins of Bloomington and David H. Stout of Anderson; sister, Billie Wine of Hanover; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Ollie (McKnight) Sandlin; and her siblings.There will be no visitation or services.Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice, 3415 West Fox Ridge Lane, Muncie, Indiana 47304.Arrangements entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E.
