Nurmi Larry Jones, 73, went to be with the Lord November 10, 2014.
He was born August 4, 1941, in Hartford City to the late Roscoe Lawrence and Harriett (Colhower) Jones.
Nurmi retired from Delco Remy in 1992. He loved bingo and was known as the, “Bingo King”.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie (Richardson) Jones; sons, Alexander, Mason & Johnny Jones; daughters, Lisa (Ron) Perry, Tracy Schwab & Debbie (Steve) Shanks; brothers, Robin (Linda) Jones and Ronald (Diane) Jones; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and his beloved pets, Molly & Nosy. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Rocky & Terry Jones.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 13, at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
