Mitchell "Mick" Norman

Mitchell "Mick" Norman, 71, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2026, at his residence in Noblesville. 

He was born on July 23, 1955, in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia to Charles and Dorcas (Gilreath) Norman. He was a graduate of Oviedo High School. After graduation, Mick married Debra (Spangler) Norman of Noblesville. Mick worked for several years as a carpenter. 

He was a singer/songwriter. He loved music, reading, and woodworking. Mick also loved to spend time with his family. He was an avid golfer. He enjoyed working crossword puzzles and sudoku puzzles. He was an animal lover, especially his dogs. His main love was his boys and their families.

Mick is survived by his wife, Debra (Spangler) Norman of Noblesville; two sons, Nicholas (wife, Jamie) Norman of Noblesville and Randal (wife, Amanda) Norman of Pendleton; a sister, Kathy "Kat" Norman-Quast; four grandchildren, Camryn, Cheyenne, Carsyn and Kamden (and his mother Skylar); and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Chuck and Pat Norman. 

Per Mick's wishes, there will be no formal services and cremation will take place.

Services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lapel Chapel, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana 46051.
