Misty L. Raines

Misty L. Raines, 45, of Wilkinson, Indiana, passed away August 5, 2025, suddenly at her residence.

She was born on November 25, 1979, in Anderson to Harold and Debra (Coomer) Kissick. 

Misty graduated from Knightstown High School and was a self employed cook for the family business, the Horseshoe Cafe.

Misty was known as the Crazy Plant Lady; she enjoyed spending time with her loving family; fishing; horseback riding; riding motorcycles; and going to Auctions.

Misty is survived by her husband, Randall Raines of Wilkinson; daughters, Makayla Raines of South Carolina, Christan Raines of Franklin; parents, Harold and Debra Kissick; two sisters, Kristy Williams of New Castle, Kimberly Kissick of Knightstown; grandmother, Wanda Kissick of New Castle; grandchildren, Lucas and Beau Studer. She was also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Leroy Kissick.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in Misty's name.

Services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes, Condo Chapel, 130 S. Main St. Wilkinson, IN 46186.
