Milagros B. Willoughby, 74, Bedford, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at IU Health Bloomington in Bloomington following a brief illness.She was born on February 3, 1948, in the Philippines to Andres Catalan and Nina Catalan.She worked in production in several factories over the years. Milagros was a member of the Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved gardening and enjoyed her flowers. She was also a very active lady, and very independent. She was a giving person and was always willing to help others. She is survived by her children, Jeannette, Michael, Tony, and Dwight; 16 brothers and sisters; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.Milagros was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Roger Willoughby.A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at Hersberger-Bozell Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana with Rev. David Hellmann officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel, Indiana.Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.Health precautions for the safety of family and friends include facial coverings and social distancing at all times.
