Maxine Jones

Maxine Jones, 89, Noblesville, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2003, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie following a 10 month illness. She was born on January 31, 1914, in Indianapolis. She was a member of the Central Community Chapel in Anderson. She is survived by her husband, Edward E. "Jack" Jones; four children, Edward (wife, Glenda) Jones, Jr. of Mayfield, KY, Patsy (husband, Bill) Peterson of Columbus, OH, Norma Saathoff of Anderson, and Christopher Jones of Noblesville; twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday at Ford Street United Methodist Church in Lapel with Rev. Richard "Dick" Gregg officiating. Burial will be at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers. Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
