Mary L. Wood

Mary L. Wood, 87, Anderson, passed away July 20, 2015, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis after a brief illness.

She was born July 11, 1928, in Sullivan County and was a 1946 graduate of Pleasantville High School. She was a homemaker and lived in Anderson most all of her life.

Mary is survived by her two daughters, Debra Lloyd and Angela (Troy) King; two grandchildren, Rachel King and Joshua King all of Fishers and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn “Hal” Wood; her parents, Alfred and Edna Robbins; a son-in-law, Stephen Lloyd; two brothers and three sisters, Justin Robbins, Harold Robbins, Jessie Dugan, Bonnie Wathen and Alice Grinley.

Service will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Chaplain Rob Mifflin officiating. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.

Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
