Marilyn A. Huston, (Mimi), 95, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away on July 12, 2026, after a brief illness, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on October 18, 1930, in Pendleton, Indiana, she was the daughter of Everett and Mildred (Godbey) Gardner. Mimi was happily married to Loren Huston, and together they ran Huston Garage and Auto Sales.

She was a devoted member of the Anderson Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Mimi found joy in leading others to the Lord. Whether through Bible studies at church or studying her Bible at home, her faith was the cornerstone of her life. She was an avid reader, with a special love for Christian literature. Mimi was a big fan of crochet, often creating beautiful pieces for her family, friends, and patients at the local hospital.

Family was everything to Mimi, and she poured her love into her loved ones. She was a fan of the Indianapolis Colts and a proud Republican.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Lorrie (Mike) Huffman, Jeff (Shelly) Lawson, Jennifer Welch, Susan (Todd) Bozell, Jason Huston, Robbie Myers, and Mason Heath. Mimi is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Mimi is preceded in death by her husband, Loren; Parents, Everett and Mildred; Son, Phillip Huston; Daughters, Elonda Lou Campbell and Karen Lawson; and Brothers, Ronald and James Gardner.

Per Mimi's wishes, private services will take place.
