Margaret "Peggy" A. Badgley

Margaret "Peggy" A. Badgley, 87, passed away on October 5, 2026, in Anderson, Indiana after an extended illness.

Peggy was born on July 16, 1939 in Elwood, Indiana to Lawrence and Mary Ethel (Gorden) Hobbs. She was a Anderson High School Graduate and a Homemaker, where she gladly raised her family. She was a member of the Southdale Church of the Nazarene in Anderson, She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She had a strong faith in her Lord.

Peggy is survived by her children, Jerry (Lisa) Badgley, Ronnie (Tammy) Badgley, John (Tina) Badgley, Laura Badgley; siblings, Sandra Anderson, Connie Thomas, Terry Hobbs; 13 grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchilren; and several nieces and nephews.

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Billy J. Badgley; her parents; and siblings, Glenn Hobbs, Barbara Spangler, Mary Lou Brown, Ramona Copeland, and Richard Hobbs.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Condo Chapel, Wilkinson, Indiana, officiated by her son, Pastor Jerry Badgley. Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place at McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson.
