Margaret Ann “Peggy” Boyer

Margaret Ann “Peggy” Boyer, 78, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017. She was born January 7, 1939 in Elwood to the late, Harold & Mary (Watson) Larison. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1957 and was a basketball season ticket holder for over 60 years. Peggy worked in the Tiny Tots nursery at Bethany Christian Church for over 40 years. She was a member of O.E.S. Daleville Chapter and of the Sparkler’s Home Ec Club. Peggy is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Eldon Lee Boyer; daughter, Shelli Ann Boyer; grandchildren, Michael Woodcox, Jordan Woodcox, & Katelin Hendrickson; brother-in-law, James (wife, Pamela) Boyer; special friends, Laura Gwaltney, Patsy Smith, Lois Quinn, & Judy Stack; cousins, Myron (wife, Janie) Watson, Gary Watson, Tonya Watson, Ed (wife, Donna) Williams, Bud (wife, Lois) Hannaford; and several other cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Lee Boyer; and special friend, Ann Amick. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
