Linda L. Hood

Linda (McClelland) Price Hood, 73, of Anderson, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016.

She was born May 2, 1942, in Anderson to the late Lundy & Alice (McCune) McClelland.

She is survived by husband, Larry Hood; daughter, Susan (husband, Randy) Six of Anderson; son, Kevin Hood of Martinsville; grandchildren, Jamie (husband, Luke) Phillips, Terry L. Six, Zachary Hood, Noah Hood, & Demi Hood; great grandchildren, Elliott Marie & Henry Joseph Phillips; brothers, Steven McClelland and Lundy Raymond McClelland; stepbrother, Henry Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Price; brother, Robert E. McClelland; sisters-in-law, Peggy McClelland & Juldene McClelland.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 5 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will be at Pleasant Walk Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Friday, March 4 at the funeral home
