Lillian Jean Flynn

Lillian Jean (Garringer) Flynn, 96, passed away January 2, 2026 at Rawlins House in Pendleton.

She was born on April 2, 1929 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Isaac and Mabel (Manor) Garringer.

Survivors include children, Donald (Becky) Burk, Bonita Douglas, Teresa (George) Chapin, and Curtis (Jaona) Burk all of Anderson; grandchildren, Alysa Burk, Bobby Douglas, April (Steve) Baker, Abbie Douglas, Jeff Douglas, Wendy (Kevin) McClurg, Sam (Krissy) Folsom, Jennifer (Mike) Wren, and Jonathon (Amela) Burk; 16 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Flynn; grandson, Aaron Burk; and all her siblings, Richard Garringer, Jesse Garringer, Dyke Garringer, Jr., Rex Garringer, Jimmy Garringer, Patricia Chaney, Nancy Coppock, Jerry Joe Garringer and Cleo Garringer.

Services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Brown Butz-Diedring-Chapel, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, Indiana 46013 with burial following in East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at the Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel.
