Leonard “Len” O. Biby, 88, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. He was born March 17, 1928 in Piedmont, OK to the late Raymond & Olive Marie (Wise) Biby. Leonard was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Kingston Avenue Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Leonard was also a member of the Lion’s Club in Pendleton. He retired as a salesman for William Wrigley Jr. Company. After retirement he enjoyed being a vendor at flea markets, and was lovingly known as, “Cowboy”. He was a regular patron of Panera Bread. Leonard is survived by his children, Randy (wife, Debbie) Biby of Daleville, Cheryl (husband, Mike) Sheets of Pendleton, and Kevin (wife, Lora) Biby of Pendleton; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Oneta Mae (Majors) Biby; second wife of almost 60 years, Arlene (Whitesel) Biby; grandson, Charles Arlan Biby; one brother and two sisters. Service will be at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 2, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Tim Overton officiating. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the time of services at the funeral home.
