Kristopher Dallace Hazelbaker

Kristopher Dallace Hazelbaker, 24, South Whitley, passed away August 20, 2011, at his home.
He was born on December 17, 1986, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Timothy and Patricia (Flowers) Hazelbaker.
He is survived by wife, Brittany Hazelbaker; one step-daughter, Kassidie Depew; his parents, Timothy and Patricia (Flowers) Hazelbaker of Sheridan; his great-grandmothers, Elizabeth Hazelbaker and Estella Schacht both of Anderson; his grandparents, Dallace and Sandy Hazelbaker of Frankton. He was a wonderful brother to Amanda, T. J., Tosha, and Travis Hazelbaker. He was adored by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins and will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, August 29, 2011, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Raymond Hood officiating.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, August 29, 2011, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
