PENDLETON- Karen L. (Rumler) Baker, 81, of Pendleton passed away, November 18, 2025.
She was born August 19, 1944, in Anderson, Indiana to the late Walter K. and Thelma S. (Siverling) Rumler and was a long-time Pendleton resident.
Karen was a 1962 graduate of Pendleton High School and was a member of Pendleton First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed flower gardening, but her family was everything to her.
Karen was primarily a wife, mom, grandma, homemaker and caregiver but worked at various jobs outside the home through the years including, Indiana National Bank in Indianapolis, Wheaton Van Lines and as a bank courier in Pendleton.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Baker, whom she married October 18, 1964; children, Belinda (husband, Brad) Cash, Kara Lee (husband, Mike) Eisenhut and Chad (wife, Jami) Baker; grandchildren, Jacob and Zach Cash, Trevor and Allison Eisenhut and Austin and Josiah Baker; and a great granddaughter, Nadilynn Baker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Penny Richeson; and a grandson, Kyle Baker.
A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton with services beginning at 1 p.m. officiated by Reverend Mary Cloud. Burial will follow in Grove Lawn Cemetery in Pendleton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pendleton American Legion Post #117.
