Jeremiah Elliott

Jeremiah Elliott, 35, of Pendleton, Indiana, passed away on May 31, 2025, in Indianapolis. He was born on March 13, 1990, in Indianapolis to Stephen and Tracy (Gourley) Elliott. Jeremiah made a mark on everyone he met with his larger-than-life personality and love for his children and life.

A proud graduate of Pendleton Heights High School in 2008, Jeremiah went on to study at Ball State University. He dedicated seven years of his life to the National Guard, serving his country with pride. Above all else, Jeremiah cherished time spent with his four beloved children: Easton, Oakley, Remi, and Piper. His passion for life was often expressed through his love of shooting guns and sharing adventurous moments with family and friends.

Jeremiah is survived by his children; his mother, Tracy Elliott; his father, Stephen Elliott; and his dear niece, Zailyn Hunter. He leaves behind his cherished grandparents, Thomas and Brenda Gourley and Jesse and Joyce Elliott; along with his aunts & uncles, Cindy & Cecil Seabolt, Chris & Karen Gourley, Darren & Ranae Gourley and Kindlyn & Kirk Richmond; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Alyssa Michelle Elliott.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Bozell Funeral Homes-Lahm Chapel, located at 211 E. State Street in Pendleton, Indiana. Visitation will take place from 2 to 6 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Following the service, Jeremiah will be laid to rest at Grove Lawn Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted. Pastor Michael Canada will officiate the ceremony.

Jeremiah will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
