Jennifer Lynn "Jenny" Evans

Jennifer Lynn Evans, 53, of Pendleton, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Community Hospital in Anderson following an extended illness. 

She was born on December 10, 1972, in Valparaiso, Indiana. She was a graduate of Pendleton Heights High School. She was a homemaker. 

Jenny was baptized into Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lewistown, Pennsylvania on December 10, 1977. Growing up she was actively involved St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Anderson. She was very spiritual person.

She loved bluegrass, country and Christian music. Jenny had a bubbly and positive personality. She especially enjoyed talking on the phone. Jenny was an avid camper, water skier, snow skier and was very athletic. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was especially close to her sister, Julie as they were growing up.

Jenny is survived by three sons, Evan (Heather) Beckham, Allen Beckham, and Aaron Beckham; a grandson, Daxton Beckham; her parents Ronald L. and Joan L. (Campbell) Evans; and her sister, Julie Evans.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Grover Bailey. 

A public graveside service for family and friends to attend will take place at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Grovelawn Cemetery in Pendleton, Indiana.
