James R. Mullins, 27, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2006.
He was born on April 6, 1979, in Richmond, Kentucky. He was employed by Partners In Concrete.
He is survived by his wife, Debra (Hunter) Mullins; four children, Harley King, Lexi Mullins, Leeha Mullins, and James R. Mullins, Jr. all at home; his mother, Diana (Trueblood) Baker of Anderson; one brother, Scott Mullins of Mandora; and his maternal grandmother, Frances Trueblood of Frankton.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Mark Helm officiating. Burial will be at the Perkinsville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.
