Grace Savidge

Grace Savidge, 87, Noblesville, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief hospital stay. She was born on November 8, 1924, in Berwick, Pennsylvania to Frank and Rose (Hoagland) Drumheller. Grace was a member of Prairie Baptist Church in rural Noblesville. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Pastor Marlin Savidge; four children, David (wife, Bonnie) Savidge of Noblesville, Karen McKenna of Fishers, Richard (wife, Dawn) Savidge of Muncie, and Laurel (husband, Andy) Williams of Bristol; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Constance Bednarski of Berwick, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Timothy Savidge; five sisters, Virginia, Thelma, Evelyn, Fern, and Georgia; and one brother, Charles. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, March 5, 2012, at Prairie Baptist Church in Noblesville with Pastor Stephen Passmore officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Memorial Cemetery, Noblesville. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
