Glenda Faye Conley

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Glenda Faye Conley, 88, of New Castle, Indiana, who left us on October 28, 2026. Glenda was born on December 3, 1937, in Shirley, Indiana, to her loving parents Avery and Ora (Estell) Milner. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, William Conley, who passed away in 1992.

Glenda served as the Nursing Director Secretary at Hancock Regional Hospital for many years. She poured her love into caring for others, and her warmth extended to all who knew her. Beyond her work, Glenda was a proud mother to her three sons, and she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to cheer them on at their sports events and found joy in reading, doing puzzles, and traveling. A special part of her heart also went to playing Euchre and supporting Eastern Hancock Football.

Glenda is survived by her sons, Monte (Janelle) Conley, Chris (Anissa) Conley, and Matt (Shari) Conley; grandchildren, Erin (Owen), Sean, Shane (Mackenzie), Krisha (Bryan), Brayton (Elizabeth), Evan (Ashleigh), Sarah, Anna, and Samantha, along with her six great-grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brothers Kenneth and Dale Milner, and her sisters Kathleen Smith and Vera Kaufman.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Condo Chapel, 130 South Main Street, Wilkinson, Indiana 46186 with Pastor Gary Cable officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2026, at the funeral home.
