Gary W. Veach

Gary W. Veach, 64, of Markleville, passed away, September 29, 2019 at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital. Gary was born, August 24, 1955, in Anderson, the son of John T. and Oleta Veach Sr. He was a wonderful, generous husband and father. He enjoyed fishing and making projects in his woodworking shop. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jo Veach; a son and daughter, Michael Veach and Megan (Jason) Hosier; his grandchildren, Allison and Madison Veach, Sophie, Carter, and Ryder Hosier; his mother, Oleta Veach; and a brother, John T. (Tanna) Veach Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 3, 2019, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 East 53rd Street, with Pastor Michael Canada and Carroll Cullipher officiating. Burial will follow the service at Saunders Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
