Edward Harry Stumpf, 91, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, after a life full of love, laughter, and memories. Born on March 24, 1934, in Bloomer, Wisconsin, Edward was the cherished son of Harry and Edna (McFarlene) Stumpf. He shared a wonderful life with his beloved wife, Bernice "Nadine" Stumpf.
Edward graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University and dedicated much of his career to working in security for Delco Remy. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, he carried the values of service and dedication throughout his life. He was an active member of the Eastside Church of God and also contributed his time on the Board of Directors for Fellowship Youth for Christ. In his downtime, Edward loved to hit the golf course, always seeking out that perfect swing and the joy of the game.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice "Nadine" Stumpf; brother, Harry Stumpf Jr., and his nieces and nephews: Linda Greenlee, Patty Kirby, David Halsell, Charles Halsell, and Ken Miller.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Deloris.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., at Bozell Funeral Homes, Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN, 46013, with burial to follow at Anderson Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the funeral home.
