Debra C. Estep

Debra C. Estep, a beloved soul from Anderson, Indiana, passed away on February 7, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on November 15, 1959, in Anderson, Debra was a bright light in the lives of those around her. 

Known for her warm smile and caring heart, Debra spent her days working as a cashier, where her friendly demeanor brightened the days of many customers. She was a bowling enthusiast and a die-hard Colts fan, often cheering loudly for her team on game days.

 Debra leaves behind her daughters, Heather Bilbrey and Amy Miller, and her loving mother, Phyllis Lane. She is also survived by her sister, Melissa Lane, and her grandchildren, Chelsea Roy and Mason Bilbrey, as well as two great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Debra was preceded in death by her father, Dale Lane, and her sister, Kelly Jo Lane.
