Mr. Daniel Ray Shipley

Daniel Ray Shipley, 69, passed away at his residence Friday, May 7, 2021. He was born in Anderson to the late Carl Junior & Gladys Louise (Ellingwood) Shipley. Daniel had retired as a truck driver having driven for Tibbets, Rhino Trucking, and other local companies. He was an avid fisherman and a former member of Fraternal Order of Eagles #174. Daniel is survived by his children, Angel (husband, Michael) Johnson & Daniel Shipley; grandchildren, Brittany (husband, Anthony) Knepp, Brett (wife, Faith) Johnson, Blayke Johnson, & Grace Shipley; great granddaughter, Lillyanna Knepp; and siblings, Nancy Vaughn & Mary Shipley. He was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Shipley. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with expenses.
