Dale Atkinson, 87, formally of Anderson, passed away, Oct. 19, 2013 at the Henry County Hospital following a brief illness. He was born Feb. 15, 1926, in Oakland Mo., the son of Willie and Ruby (Benton) Atkinson. Dale spent most of his life in Anderson and retired from Delco-Remy in 1987. …
