Betsy S. Vest

Betsy Vest, 60, passed away on June 8, 2022, in Anderson.
She was born October 25, 1961, in Noblesville, to Jimmie Males and Patricia (Teeters) Males. She was a graduate of Lapel High School.
She retired from Juno Lighting in Fishers after several years. After retirement she worked at several restaurants as a server and bartender.
Betsy was a member of the IBEW Local 481. She attended Ford Street United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Lapel American Legion and a charter member of the Lapel Eagles. She enjoyed spending her winters in Florida and traveling.
Betsy is survived by her husband, David Vest of Anderson; two daughters, Jessica (Chris) Ricci of Perkinsville and Kamesa King of Anderson; two stepchildren, Amanda Bondand David (Sarah) Vest; six grandchildren, Caitlyn, Sophiya, Olivia and Kingston Ricci, Izabelle Swisher, Lillyan McDole; and four step-grandchildren, Jacob and Mason Bond, Maddix and Novalynn Vest.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Teresa (Males) Wilson.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Ford Street United Methodist Church with Pastor Glenn Knepp officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday at the church.
Memorial donations can be made to Lapel American Legion, Lapel American Legion Riders or the Lapel Eagles.
