Benjamin K. Black

Benjamin K. Black, 44, of Pendleton, passed away at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital on July 21, 2020. He was born August 5, 1975 in Indianapolis, Indiana.Ben was a talented musician, chef, and had a smile that would light up a room. He was a skilled handyman which led him to start his own general contracting business (Ben Black LLC).He leaves behind his children Caleb Black and Maya Black; father, Randy Black; mother, Sally (Roy) Hill; loving and longtime companion, Stephanie Lay; siblings, Aaron (Jennifer) Black, Laura (Immanuel) Jones, and Elizabeth (Kevin) Downs, former wife, Kimberly Beeler and a host of family and friends.A celebration of Ben’s life will be held at a later date.
