Barbara Needham

Barbara Needham, 72, of Pendleton passed away peacefully on October 26, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Barbara was born on August 16, 1954 in Franklin, Indiana to the late Otis Williams and Joyce (Landers) Williams-Scalf.

Barbara graduated from Pendleton Heights High School, class of 1972 and then began working for Keihin for over 30 years, retiring in 2019.

She found her spiritual home at Living Streams Community Church and was a faithful member for many years. Barbara enjoyed perusing flea markets and garage sales. Most importantly, she loved her family and her fur-baby, Benji.

Left to cherish her memories is her son, Charles (Morgan) Needham; her grandsons, William Needham and Jonathon Needham; and her sister, Regina Shaffer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Otis and her mother and step-father, Joyce and Ray Scalf.

The family would like to send a special thank you to Suburban Hospice for taking such great care of Barbara during her last moments.

A graveside service for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Mendon Cemetery, 4876 W 1050 S, Pendleton, IN 46064.
