Barbara J. Speedy

Barbara J. Speedy, 90, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020. She was born October 29, 1930, in Speedway, Indiana. Barbara was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church and of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Barbara is survived by her husband of 71 years, Guido Speedy; son, Brian Speedy; grandchildren, Megan Rochford, Shaun Speedy, Cody Speedy, & Michael Rochford, Jr. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Ciolli; her parents, Herbert F. & Esther V. (Shirel) Mears; siblings, Richard, Walter, & Marilyn Mears; and sister-in-law, Betty Thompson. Services will be at 4:00 pm Saturday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, with visitation from 2:00 pm until time of services. Due to recent COVID-19 mandates, all guests are required to wear face coverings or masks and practice social distancing at service and visitation.
