Anne Bertha (Jarbeau) Foskuhl, 84, passed to eternal rest on July 28, 2026.
Anne was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on November 6, 1941, to the late Yvan and Rose (Giroux) Jarbeau. The family moved to Anderson, Indiana, in late November 1959, moved to Dunedin, Florida, in late 2012, and to Fort Mill, South Carolina, in 2020. She married Martin Foskuhl on September 3, 1966, and they were together until his passing in 2010.
She found her spiritual home at St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a faithful member for many years.
After graduating from high school, she began her career as a nurse aide and then became a successful business owner, operating Rd. 67 Self Storage for over 26 years.
Anne enjoyed traveling, gardening, bird watching, puzzles, and bingo. Most importantly, she loved her family.
Left to cherish her memories are her children, Gregory Lee Foskuhl, Anita Marie (Bret) Koester, Martin Yvan Foskuhl, and Rudy Allen (Carrie) Foskuhl, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Martin; and sisters, Jacqueline Miller and Lorraine Zufall.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 4th at 4-7pm with a Rosary service at 6:45 pm at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN, 46013.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 5th at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 302 E 11th St, Anderson, IN, 46016.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery with a reception following at St. Ambrose.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Anne's name may be gifted to St. Mary's School or St. Vincent de Paul, https://osvhub.com/stmaryanderson/giving/funds.
